Car Rental Terms

Driver & License

- Minimum age: 21 years old
- A valid driver’s license for at least 12 months is required.
- Non-EU residents need an International Driving Permit.
- Driving by an undeclared driver is not allowed.

​Use of the Vehicle

Our cars are for safe and legal travel only.

• No racing, off-road driving, or sub-letting.

• No driving under the influence of alcohol or substances.

​Fuel Policy - "Fuel Fair"

Return the car full as it was delivered to you.
If not, we simply charge the pump/charger price at Shell Athens Airport, with no extra fees.

Insurance Options

• Basic (TPL) – included in the price, covers third parties.

• CDW – €14/day, covers damage with €500 excess (includes glass & scratch coverage).

​Payments & Deposit

• Credit card in the main driver’s name is required.

• Security deposit: blocked at pick-up, released at return if no damage.

• Advance payment minimum at 30% in order to book. The rest paid in full upon pick up. Payment by card, Stripe, PayPal, or Viva Wallet.

​Extra Services

• Additional driver: €6/day

• Baby/child seats: Free of charge

​Returns & Extensions

• Please return at the agreed time & location.

• More than 2 hours delay = extra day charge.

• Want to keep the car longer? Just call us - extension depends on availability.

Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up.

• 48 - 24h: 1 day charge, kept as a credit voucher for your next booking.

• <24h: 50% charge, rest as voucher.

• No-show: no refund.

Travel Policies

• Outside Greece: only with written approval (EU/Schengen).

• Ferry transport to islands: possible only with our consent – renter is fully responsible for loading/unloading damages.

Customer Data (GDPR)

We collect only the data needed to serve you, and we protect it fully under EU GDPR. We never share it with third parties.
